Join Jess Brain (yes, really!) certified Laughter Leader and Brain Fitness Trainer for laughter, breathing exercises, and brain health tips!

The Laughter Club is a weekly laughter and breathing class combining brain health tips to rewire your brain for improved mood, increased energy, and enhanced resilience.

Practicing laughter is not only proven to boost your mood and physical health, but can also help alleviate symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress. Additionally, laughing is scientifically shown to encourage neuroplasticity - your brain's ability to heal, regenerate, and rewire itself for optimal cognitive performance.

This class is open to everyone. No experience or equipment necessary. You can simply enjoy the class from the comfort of your home. You don't even need to be funny! Just show up with an open mind and a playful attitude.
