The Poetry Brothel LA: Kraken’s Kiss
This Pride, surrender to the tides. Beneath the surface, where the water darkens, and the rules dissolve, something ancient stirs…
Beneath the surface, where the water darkens, and the rules dissolve, something ancient stirs…
On June 27th, descend into the depths at Sassafras Saloon for Kraken’s Kiss—a lush, immersive evening of poetry, performance, and sea-soaked seduction where pirates, mermaids, sirens, and sea witches reign.
This Pride, we invite you to surrender to the tides.
💋 Expect:
- Sultry, spellbinding poetry whispered in shadowed corners
- Daring live performances from our cast of queer sirens and rogue sailors
- One-on-one poetry encounters with our resident muses
- Tarot, mystics, and secrets traded like contraband
- A world where longing is currency and desire is law
⚓ Come dressed to be seen—a drowned prince, a sapphic siren, a barnacle-encrusted captain, a glittering sea creature not yet named. The sea remembers who you are… even if the surface does not.
Because down here, love is fluid, power is shared, and every kiss might summon the storm. Will you be claimed by the tide… or become the thing that pulls others under?
