In this integrative experience we will explore techniques rooted in somatic therapy, breathwork, play therapy, energy medicine and other body-based practices to support our nervous system and overall wellbeing.Together we will explore: + Somatic practices to develop our self awareness and connection to the body+ Gentle movements and energy techniques to balance and release stress tension+ Breathwork to for emotional-mental clarity+ Mindfulness practices to expand our capacity for stillness+ Group activities that encourage playful interaction, to cultivate our capacity for connection and co-regulation+ Grounding exercises to help anchor the body, promoting stability and presenseWe will finish the session with a short sound bath to integrate the experience.If you are looking for a space to safely unwind, join us.
