Detour's Summer Workshop Series is in San Francisco, CA. The workshops focus on devised immersive theater processes, drag artistry, and performance.

<h3>ABOUT THE "THINK TANK: SESSION 2" WORKSHOP</h3>Dive into an enriching peer review experience tailored specifically for QTBIPOC artists navigating the complex world of grant writing! In this interactive session, participants will focus on two crucial aspects: crafting compelling mission/artist statements and articulating the profound impact their work has on communities (with an emphasis on live performance).Participants are requested to come prepared with these two narrative questions:<ul><li>250-word response that addresses the prompt: "Mission Statement / Artist Statement"</li><li>400-word response that addresses the prompt: "A description of the communities your organization is rooted in, engages and/or serves."</li></ul>Expect engaging discussions, constructive feedback, and active participation as we collectively refine each other's grant narratives.
