Trail Workday at Bottom Creek Gorge Preserve

Overview
Help The Nature Conservancy clear and restore trails at Bottom Creek Gorge Preserve in Shawsville, VA. We will remove down trees and branches, cut overgrowth, and improve infrastructure such as steps.
Volunteers should bring water, snacks/lunch, work gloves, and wear closed-toe shoes and long sleeves/pants to protect from ticks and brambles. Sunscreen and insect repellant may also be useful.
No experience necessary. All tools and supplies will be provided.
