Accepted Answer

Gratuity is not included in the ticket price.  A $10-$20 gratuity is recommended and appreciated but not required.

Do you offer this as a private tour?

Yes, please contact us to schedule a private tour. Private tours are available in French, Spanish, Russian, Turkish, Arabic, Hebrew and others (just ask).

The date/time available does not work for us.  Do you offer this tour on other dates/times?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with two weeks notice or more, and depending on host availability, we can make another tour available for ticket purchases. Please contact us with specific requests.

Are there bathroom breaks?

No, there are no scheduled bathroom breaks.

90 minutes.

Is this tour wheelchair accessible?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there are ramps for wheelchairs to use when leaving a sidewalk.  Motorized wheelchairs will be able to navigate the hills.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 5 days notice of cancellation.

Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of Spyher cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Spyher will make every effort to cancel at least 24 hours prior to tour start time
