What time do the gates open for vendors?

This depends on the booth you select at check-out. For Inside Booth vendors, you will need to set up on Friday June 19th between 10am-5pm. If you can’t load on Friday, please choose Outside or Pavilion.

What time must Booth Vendors be off the grounds on Saturday?

All booth vendors and vehicles must be off the grounds at 5pm Saturday June 20th as per the Fairground’s rules. This is non-negotiable and a term of your contract.

How does the parking option work?

Accepted Answer

You may add-on parking on property for a Standard (sedan/SUV) or Larger vehicle, and you may have a trailer attached to and with your vehicle for an additional fee. For Inside & Pavilion Booths, your vehicle will be in a designated area near the inside of the fence.

What if I add-on parking/extra trailer/electric after I’ve purchased my booth in a separate transact

Question 5

If I buy two booths, will they be next to each other?

Accepted Answer

If you buy two booths when you register, they will indeed be next to each other. However, if you purchase a booth, and later on decide to purchase an additional booth, please give our office a call so that we can better note it on our list.

Question 6

My friend and I would like to have our booths next to each other, how can we do that?

Accepted Answer

The best way to guarantee booths next to each other is to place your registration under one name. As a note, booth vendors receive 2 vendor wrist bands per registration.

Question 7

Can I have the same space as last year?

Accepted Answer

We will try our best to accommodate space requests, however we cannot guarantee you will be in the same booth space as previous years. If you are an Outside Booth, we cannot reserve any space, all spaces outside are first come, first serve.

Can I buy a booth for someone else?

Accepted Answer

All booth purchases come with 2 vendor wrist bands when you check-in, we also check ID’s. If you are purchasing a booth for someone else and you will not be there the day of the event, please call ahead so that we can have it marked down.

Question 9

Do I have to pay taxes on the items I sell?

According to the NYS Taxation Bureau, everyone is required to claim any revenue earned, even when you do a Yard Sale at home. Visit www.tax.state@ny.us for more information.

Can I have both an Inside and Outside booth?

Accepted Answer

You can, however we cannot guarantee that they will be close together, and we do not ‘hold’ outdoor spaces. We suggest buying one type of booth for you to keep an eye on your items.

I have a business; how can I get a booth?

Accepted Answer

If you are a business larger than a home-based company, please call our office to check if you qualify to be a title sponsor for our event.

Question 12

I’m a food truck/vendor, how can I sign up for the event?

Accepted Answer

Please call our office to enquire about being a food vendor. As a note, you will be required to have a food safety permit provided two weeks before our event.

Question 13

Can I sell food at a regular vendor booth?

Accepted Answer

You may not sell homemade food/baked goods/candy without a food safety permit. Prepackaged foods such as Nabisco cookies, for example, are okay.

Is there electricity?

Accepted Answer

Yes, electricity is available as an add-on option for inside vendors only. Please note that once we’ve sold out of Inside booths, this option will be removed from the site.

I can’t find the booth I want on your site.

Accepted Answer

When any of our booth types, Inside, Pavilion, or Outside, have been sold out, we remove it from the site.

Can I bring an extra table?

Of course! All Inside and Pavilion booth registrations come with one 8 ft table and two chairs. We also offer an extra table add-on for Inside and Pavilion booth registrations. Those who purchase Outside booth registrations must bring their own tables.

Can I bring a tent?

Yes, we highly encourage our Outside booth vendors to bring an easy-up tent that can be staked securely into the ground.

How large is my booth? How much can I fit in my space?

Inside booths are 10x10, Pavilion booths are 10x20, Outside booths are 10x20.

Can I bring my child?

Accepted Answer

Our event is family friendly, however, all children under 10 require adult supervision. We are not responsible for your children, and you cannot leave them unattended at your booth. Children of booth vendors will be required to wear one of your wrist bands.

Can I bring my pet?

This event is pet-free, but service animals are allowed under the ADA.

What can I sell?

Accepted Answer

You may purchase any booth registration to sell yard/garage sale items, craft items, flea market/antique items, or small home-based company items.

What can’t I sell?

Items that can’t be sold or displayed are as follows: No tobacco, firearms, weapons, knives, guns, alcohol, X-rated items, illegal, racist/offensive/discriminatory items. No water/beverages can be sold, no foods/baked goods/pre-packaged candy of any kind.

Can I set up the day before?

Absolutely! You may come to set-up the day before on Friday June 19th between the hours of 10am-5pm, vehicles will need to be off the grounds by 5pm. Inside Booth vendors are required to set up the day before the event. Be sure to keep your items secured.

Question 24

Will there be security?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we will have overnight security on the grounds. However, please note that we are not responsible for your items, be sure to have them secured if you are setting up overnight.

Question 25

When is the absolute latest I can register for a booth?

Accepted Answer

Booth registrations close at noon on Tuesday, June 16th, to allow us to put together our final lists and maps for the event.
