Peter Merholz has shaped the field for over 25 years - he co-founded Adaptive Path (the consultancy that defined modern UX), led design at companies like Capital One and Kaiser Permanente, co-wrote Org Design for Design Orgs (still the go-to book on building design teams), and yes - coined the word "blog."Peter will join us at Vinted HQ in Vilnius for a talk and open conversation with the local UX community.
Expect sharp ideas, honest discussion, and plenty of time to connect over drinks and snacks.
