Join us for an inspiring and educational presentation with WGBC by the When You Vote – I Win organization exploring the powerful history and importance of voting in America. Learn the story of two young Selma Foot Soldiers, ages 14 and 16, who participated in the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee (SNCC) movement in Selma during 1964 and 1965, attendees will journey through the history of voting rights and gain a deeper understanding of the true value of every vote. This meaningful program highlights courage, civic engagement, and the ongoing importance of community participation.
