Do I have to attend both days?

Accepted Answer

Yes - we have broken the course up into 3 hour sessions across two days to avoid you having to spend 6 hours sat in front of a screen which can be hard. In order to receive your certificate of completion, you must attend both sessions.

Question 2

What if I don't have any equipment for the exercises?

Accepted Answer

Once you have booked your place, we will send you a training pack in the post which contains all of the equipment and instructions you'll need to take part in the training.

Question 3

What programme do you use for the virtual training?

Accepted Answer

We use Microsoft Teams - you will be sent a link to join the training prior to your course date. You do not have to have Teams installed on your computer, you can simply join the session via your normal internet browser.
