Learn the basics of hand sewing with visible mending techniques for repairing your clothes with Nandi of @blissjoybull. This 2-hour workshop will cover sashiko-style stitches and patching garments with cotton sashiko, embroidery thread, and cotton fabrics. This workshop will also cover:

• Decorative stitches for repairing clothes 
• Practical stitches for broken seams
• The best tools and materials for repairing woven garments
• How to identify woven fabrics
• Each student will create a mending sampler to practice the repair techniques
• This is an introductory class for all skill levels
• Materials included in the workshop fee
