This is not a hike for performance or fitness. It’s a gentle, under-one-hour walk focused on presence, reflection, and inner clarity.

Together, we’ll move through nature at an intentional pace, with simple prompts woven in along the way to support awareness, grounding, and self-connection.

If you’d like, bring a notebook and pen—there will be space to capture what’s coming up for you.

You don’t need to prepare anything else. Just show up as you are.
