An arts based workshop to welcome the transition to summer hosted by Indigenous Insights Collective.
Indigenous Insights Collective warmly invites you to an energizing Arts Based Workshop to welcome the summer solstice!
The Summer Solstice is a threshold. A time of warmth, expansion, illumination, and deep nourishment. As the longest day of the year, summer invites us to pause and notice what has been growing, what has come into the light, and what we are ready to carry forward into the next season.
This online, interactive, arts-based workshop offers a gentle and intentional space to slow down, reflect, create, and be witnessed in community. Building on the winter and spring workshop series, this summer gathering invites participants to honour their own learning, tend to their inner and creative life, and vision for the season ahead.
Together, we will make space to reflect on the insights, stories, and teachings that have emerged over the past season, while asking what wants to be nourished, protected, celebrated, or released. Through creative practice, guided reflection, and shared conversation, participants will be invited to create a piece of art that anchors what they are carrying forward.
This 2.5-hour session is designed for leaders, helpers, facilitators, evaluators, creatives, and anyone longing for a reflective space to reconnect with themselves and community. No art experience is needed! Bring your willingness to pause, listen, and create.
You will leave with a renewed sense of clarity, connection, and intention, along with a creative piece that holds your reflections and visions for the season ahead.
Participants will receive a supply list and reflection prompts in advance to help prepare for the gathering.
