The days are getting warmer, so we’re hitting the trail a little earlier this month!
Join NOVIAS for a morning of movement, laughter, nature, and plenty of feminine chatter as we explore the beautiful trails at Indian River Park & Rokeby Center.

Come prepared to sweat a little, laugh a lot, and enjoy good company among the trees. Dress for the heat, throw on some bug spray, and bring your best trail energy!
