Words Warriors Media Coaching is a live, interactive group workshop led by Emmy award-winning journalist Richelle Carey and retired U.S. Army Colonel Myles B. Caggins III, a former Pentagon and White House spokesman. Together, they bring a rare combination of newsroom insight, spokesperson discipline, and real-world interview experience. This is practical coaching built through real conversation, real stories, and live practice.

ABOUT THE COACHES

Richelle Carey is an Emmy award-winning journalist, moderator, and host with decades of broadcast experience. She helps participants connect with an audience, sound natural on camera, and communicate with confidence. She has interviewed CEOs, actors, government officials, academics, and dignitaries across regional news networks, CNN/HLN, and Al Jazeera. She is also a sought-after moderator and host for high-level events spanning topics from energy and technology to business, culture, and global affairs.

Myles B. Caggins III is a retired U.S. Army colonel and founder of Words Warriors. As a former government spokesman who led communications on the battlefield in Iraq and Syria, as well as high profile media relations roles at the White House and Pentagon, he brings deep expertise in high-pressure communication, message discipline, and leadership presence. Myles has represented the U.S. government and corporate clients during hundreds of media appearances across international networks including, ABC, Bloomberg, CBS, Al Arabiya, BBC, Al Jazeera, SkyNews, PBS, and more.
