Yin Yoga: The Softening
A Restorative Evening of Yin Yoga, Tea & Nervous System Renewal
The Softening
A Restorative Evening of Yin Yoga, Tea & Nervous System Renewal
The Softening is a candlelit restorative experience created for women who are ready to slow down, release the weight they have been carrying, and return gently to the wisdom of the body.
Held inside the sacred sanctuary of Temple Mother Earth, this evening weaves together intentional tea, stillness, Yin Yoga, breath, reflection, and integration. This is not simply a yoga class. It is a sacred pause. A soft landing. A space to exhale.
For the woman who has been holding everything together, showing up for everyone else, managing the responsibilities, carrying the invisible emotional weight, and longing for a place where she can finally soften, this experience was created for you.
What This Experience Is
The Softening is a restorative evening designed to support deep relaxation, emotional release, nervous system renewal, and reconnection with self.
The evening begins with warm tea in a candlelit sanctuary space. From there, you will be guided into gentle arrival practices, breath, stillness, and a restorative Yin Yoga journey. The practice closes with reflection and integration so you can leave feeling grounded, clear, and deeply held.
This is a space for softness, not performance. You do not need to be flexible. You do not need prior yoga experience. You do not need to know how to “do it right.” You are invited to come as you are.
