Join us at Sports Basement Redwood City for a fun and relaxing Yoga session designed especially for runners! Whether you're a beginner or a pro, Ellie will guide you through stretches and poses to help improve your flexibility and recovery.

Come ready to stretch, breathe, and boost your running game in a chill, friendly atmosphere.
Please bring with you a mat , a block, and a fabric band. Also recommended: please bring a blanket/padding to support your knees as we are practicing in a space with a hard floor.
