Zumba + Lift™ is a unique fitness format that combines the high-energy fun of traditional Zumba® with the muscle-building power of strength training. This workout alternates between dance intervals and strength exercises, using weights (5-15 lbs) and resistance bands for muscle building. The program is designed to enhance stability, power, and cardiovascular health while providing a fun and engaging workout experience. It is suitable for all fitness levels.
You will need a light, medium and heavy set of dumbbells. Also, water, sneakers and comfortable workout clothes.
You will receive the Zoom link before class starts. Please log into Zoom by 5:20pm but no later than 5:30pm
