How to create an externally-ticketed event on Eventbrite Music
Sometimes, a venue works with an artist who has a preferred ticketing company other than Eventbrite. In order to book them, the venue agrees to use the artist’s preferred ticketing company for that show. In this case, the event creator can use the "External Ticketing" feature on Eventbrite. To get started, go to the Tickets section of your event.

NOTE: Eventbrite Music is no longer available to new creators. This feature is only available for existing Eventbrite Music creators.
1. Go to the Tickets page.
Complete the Basic Details (Basic Info), Artists, and Details sections of your event. Then click Tickets (in the manage events menu).
2. Choose “External Ticketing”.
3. Enter details for your event.
Ticketing Provider — Enter the name of the ticketing company managing sales for this event.
Purchase Link — Enter the URL (including http:// or https://) for the site where attendees should purchase tickets for the event.
Single Ticket Price — Tick this box and enter a price.
Lowest Ticket Price / Highest Ticket Price — Include a price range for tickets by leaving the "Single Ticket Price" box blank. Then enter the lowest and highest ticket prices.
Sales Start — When tickets are available for purchase.
Sales End — When tickets are no longer available for purchase.
TIP: The sales start and end times also control when attendees can access the external purchase link from your Eventbrite event listing. If they visit your event listing before or after the designated ticket sales time, the “Tickets” button will be replaced with a “Not Yet on Sale” or “Sales Ended" message.
4. Save, complete your setup, and publish.
Once you're set, publish or "schedule publish".
