Teranga Ranch

Teranga Ranch

Teranga Ranch is a wildlife education organization dedicated to showing Californians the wonders of nature and fostering harmonious coexistence within it. Our mission takes us to schools, homeowners association meetings, and community gatherings, where we address pertinent wildlife issues and encourage humane alternatives to harmful methods such as poison, traps, or guns. Through community classes, enlightening workshops, and captivating field trips, we provide opportunities for everyone to embrace the wonders of wildlife, immerse themselves in nature, and discover the marvels of science. Teranga Ranch operates under the leadership of founder and Executive Director Dana Stangel, a respected and credentialed Biology teacher with a broad background in wildlife rehabilitation, animal rescue, and community outreach.
