The Diaspora Charity Network (DCN ) is a community of like-minded individuals who undertake charitable initiatives, either independently or through registered organisations, in their home countries.

The network was founded in September 2025 by Anne Okwera, an HR professional and co-founder of the Light Empowerment Foundation, which carries out work in Uganda.

The aim of the network is to build the capacity of charity founders, explore opportunities for funding, and promote networking and collaboration.
