Eastside LEADS is a coalition of eight community-based organizations and residents working together to ensure that development and investment are guided by the need and priorities of local residents first, without displacement. Our coalition organizes and advocates for policies that uplift the values of social housing: preserve and expand deeply affordable housing, promote social equity, and give residents control over decision-making and governance.
