My work is centered on helping men—especially fathers—build deeper connections with themselves and their families by facing the edges that keep them from their truth. I believe vulnerability is strength, and joy is not a luxury—it’s a necessity.

I value community and thrive in connection with aligned individuals. Through men’s circles, breathwork events, and hikes, I create spaces where men can show up honestly, be seen, and grow together.

My mission is simple: to raise a great human and stand shoulder to shoulder with good men.
