BCDI - Detroit
Located in the heart of Detroit, BCDI Detroit is a non-profit organization dedicated to mobilizing communities and igniting movements for the health, safety, and well-being of black children and families. As the leading voice for black children and families, we proudly work towards creating a world that recognizes and benefits from their strengths and power. Our unique approach focuses on eight essential outcomes that set us apart: ensuring children are born at a healthy weight, attending schools that affirm them, enjoying nutritious meals, navigating a safe digital environment, seeing themselves represented in media, breathing clean air, being seen as children, and living in safe communities.
To learn more about how you can join our cause or support our mission, contact us at (248) 250-3891 or email us at parentpledge1@gmail.com. Join us in making a difference in the lives of black children and families across Metro Detroit.
