Friends of Netarts Bay Watershed Estuary Beach and Sea (WEBS) is dedicated to sustaining the area surrounding Netarts Bay through education and stewardship. WEBS staff and volunteers are knowledgeable nature guides and interpreters offering free adventures to help you fall in love with and take care of this beautiful section of the Oregon Coast.
