The Self-Care Sister Circle is a virtual experience for women who are used to showing up for everyone else but are ready to intentionally make space for themselves.
In this guided journaling session, you will have time to slow down, reflect, and focus on yourself in a supportive space.
Each session includes:
- Guided journaling prompts
- Time for personal reflection
- Encouragement and meaningful conversation
- A safe space to reset without pressure or judgment
No journaling experience is needed. Just bring paper or your journal, a pen, and a willingness to prioritize your self-care through journaling.
